About THT putty sprayer spraying tips
The distance between the spray gun buckle and the surface of the object to be sprayed becomes the gun distance, and the gun distance is preferably 30-40 cm.
If the gun distance is too small, the pressure of spraying will be too large, the back impact will be large, and the uneven coating of the paint will easily occur, and the spray width (fan width) will be small.
The surface of the surface to be sprayed is too much material and the coating is too thick.
If the gun distance is too large, the spraying pressure will be large, the paint will be easily lost, and the spray width will be too large, so that the sprayed surface will not reach the thickness requirement.
Spray fan angle
The spray gun should be perpendicular to the spray surface when the spray gun is manually operated. It should be noted that the thickness of each spray should not be too large. Otherwise, the inconvenience of operation will cause the angle of the spray fan to change significantly, resulting in uneven coating coverage.
Running direction and speed
The spray gun should be 90 degrees with the spray surface. When moving the spray gun, it must be kept at a constant speed. When spraying the wall again, it should be sprayed 50% before spraying.
